Delivery and Returns

Please ensure the correct address and contact phone number for the recipient to guarantee successful delivery. Standard delivery times are within 6 hours of placing the order on the same day, unless otherwise specified. Weather and traffic conditions may affect delivery times, and if this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly. After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt with order details. For any queries or additional information, please contact us at 0456 964 471.

By using our delivery service, you agree that our drivers will use their professional judgment to determine if flowers can be safely left at the address if no one is available to receive them. We are not responsible for the flowers once they have been delivered.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second delivery charge will apply for a re-attempt, redirection, or return to Victoria Blum. You will be notified if this occurs, and you may choose to collect the flowers from our store.

We are not liable for flowers left with concierge/security personnel or at loading docks. Deliveries are limited to the Sydney metropolitan area, with exact shipping costs calculated in the shopping cart. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will notify you immediately.
